Stowe, VT Winter Travel Guide

A scenic haven at the bottom of Mt Mansfield, Stowe, VT should be at the top of your winter travel wish list. Whether you come to ski or apres ski, the snowy scenery and the evenings by the fire will have you on cloud 9.

We trekked up to Stowe 2 weeks ago to try out our ski legs. Stowe was such an amazingly scenic town, I was in photogenic heaven. However, the main focus of the trip was to ski, not to take photos – I know i’m as shocked as you are. But let me tell you- it not disappoint. On the Saturday night of our stay, we got 24 inches of fresh snow. My knees and heart have never been more tired from the velvety cushion that covered the slopes.

During our stay, I asked all of you for recommendations during our trip. This community never fails to amaze me and all of your recommendations did not disappoint!
