Every product you need to create the world’s most comfortable bed

Stop serial dating home decor, get the world’s most comfortable bed with this list of hand picked products. As I get older, I realize there is an art to the perfect nights sleep. While the process starts with biology and relaxation, having a cozy and functional set up is essential.

Unfortunately, I find that an initial investment in your sleep set-up has a lot longer longevity. I found myself replacing sheets, bedding, and pillows often with budget brands. Which, over time, surpasses the amount you might spend on a more expensive, quality item if you bought it in the first place.

I kept this list short and sweet – sometimes overwhelming product reviews can make your head spin. These are my suggestions to creating the world’s most comfortable bed.

Pillows

The perfect pillow is sturdy, yet soft. It is supportive, yet conforming. Those are quality’s you will find in the coop home pillow. I recommend the king/ euro size.

Sheets / Bedding

There is nothing like clean sheets. However, not all sheets are created equally. If you are looking for classic cotton sheets, you can’t go wrong with a set from Brooklinen. I am currently trialling other favorites to add to this list. So, come back soon.

Duvet Cover

The duvet cover is white linen by Brooklinen. I love the thick cotton that is soft despite multiple washes. It also has held up to the soft, tiny goblins that sleep in our bed every night (i.e. cats). One con is that I find no matter how I tie the duvet cover on, it always seems to get loose before the next clean. I haven’t found a duvet cover to date that keeps the comforter in place. However, perhaps I’m tying it wrong? If you have suggestions, please leave a comment !

Most comfortable bed (s)

We have tried many mattresses and are currently sleeping on a Nectar. We loved the 365 days guarantee and can confirm – we aren’t going to return it. From Lull, Purple, to Avocado – I applaud the ease of mail order mattresses and find the quality to be superb. Goodbye to the days of mattress shopping, I will not miss you. I’ve slept many nights on Lull and Nectar mattresses and can confirm they are worth every penny. However, I have my eyes on the Avocado because of their commitment to using nontoxic materials.

Comforter

We love the Buffy breeze comforter for summer and their cloud for winter. It is lightweight and retains its structure despite having it for over a year. The best part about this comforter is how it has retained its shape and consistency over time.
